I'm surprised I didn't notice at first but the Dream"width" logo is almost exactly the same as the logo for the Sega Dream"cast" game console. It's a small thing but makes it a bit comfier here for me.

I never had or saw a Dreamcast. So I never noticed the simularity,

Understandable, not many people bought the system while it was out. ;) Sega had problems getting people to buy systems after the Genesis because they kept making new hardware too fast for large amounts of people to afford it.

Funny thing about the Dreamcast is that a Japanese RPG series called Neptunia included a character based off of it named Uzume, who first appears as a rough and tumble tomboy, until it is revealed her true, more powerful form as a goddess is very cutesy and feminine. Seems like a metaphor for the Dreamcast's library, advertising "badass" games on the surface but having a lot of its "soul" come from cute kawaii games.

I thought that the "femininity secretly being a strength instead of a weakness" aspect of the Uzume character was really interesting and have been thinking maybe I should find more ways to embrace my inner girliness when I can. :3
